Do you coach individuals of all genders?

Yes, I work with clients of all genders. While there isn’t a significant difference in terms of training and nutrition programming, I do tailor programs to address individual needs and preferences.

What does science-based mean to you?

Being science-based, means staying informed about the latest research in relevant fields, interpreting findings, and applying evidence-based practices in training and nutrition when deemed appropriate.

How do you customize training programs for clients?

I use Google Sheets to create and adjust training programs in real-time. This allows for seamless updates and collaboration between us.

What payment options do you accept?

Cash, Zelle, Cash App

How soon can I expect to see results?

Results vary based on individual goals, but typically, clients see changes within 3-12 weeks.

Where should I train?

While a gym offers more exercise options and accessibility, a gym membership is not mandatory. I can provide customized at-home training programs to suit your preferences.

How do you monitor client progress?

Every Sunday, I send out a detailed questionnaire covering body composition, training, nutrition, and lifestyle factors from the past week. Progress pictures are also used for composition analysis. All information is confidential and securely stored for future program adjustments.
